Meet Your Inspector
With over a decade of hands-on experience in the trades, I bring a deep understanding of home systems and construction to every inspection. I previously held a contractor’s license and ran my own plumbing and heating company for 12 years, giving me real-world insight into how homes are built—and how they should perform.
In addition to my work in the field, I’ve completed training through BPI (Building Performance Institute) for energy audits and RESNET for Energy Star new home compliance. This background helps me take a more holistic approach to home inspections, looking not just at what’s visible but how a home functions as a whole.
